كمشارك/ة عبر الإنترنت، يمكنك توجيه النشاطات والتواصل والتحدث مع الآخرين/ الأخريات وتجربة الإبداع والفن والاحتفال بمنتدى جمعية حقوق المرأة في التنمية بشكل مباشر. سيستمتع المشاركون/ات المتصلون/ات عبر الإنترنت ببرنامج غني ومتنوع، بدءًا من ورشات العمل والنقاشات وحتى نشاطات الاستشفاء والعروض الموسيقية. ستركز بعض الأنشطة على التواصل بين المشاركين/ات عبر الإنترنت، وسيكون البعض الآخر هجينًا بالفعل، يركز على الاتصال والتفاعل بين المشاركين/ات عبر الإنترنت وأولئك الموجودين/ات في بانكوك.

Second High-level Dialogue on Financing for Development

• The overall theme of the Second High-level Dialogue on Financing for Development, from 27-28 June 2005 was The Monterrey Consensus: status of implementation and tasks ahead. 
• Apart from the traditional six roundtables on each of the individual chapters of the Monterrey Consensus, there was an informal interactive dialogue with the participation of a range of stakeholders including women’s rights groups.  
• There was a call from ‘developing’ nations that global challenges and local needs and possibilities be taken into account when interacting with different groups including women, youth, people with disabilities etc. on the themes identified in the Monterrey consensus.

El Quinto Diálogo de Alto Nivel sobre la Financiación para el Desarrollo, realizado el 7 y 8 de diciembre de 2011, marcó el comienzo de las conversaciones en torno a la Agenda de Desarrollo Post-2015 y sus relaciones con la financiación para el desarrollo. Esta conferencia puso especial énfasis en incrementar la ayuda para financiar los ODM. En sus observaciones finales, el Presidente en Funciones de la Asamblea General pidió a los Estados Miembros que comenzaran a pensar en el marco para el desarrollo post-2015.

Manal Tamimi est une activiste palestinienne et une défenseuse des droits humains. Mère de quatre enfants, elle est titulaire d’une maîtrise en droit international humanitaire. Son activisme lui a valu d’être arrêtée trois fois et d’être blessée à plusieurs reprises, notamment avec des balles explosives réelles qui sont interdites sur le plan international. Sa famille est elle aussi prise pour cible : ses enfants ont été arrêtés et blessés à balles réelles plus d’une fois. Le dernier incident dont elle a été victime était une tentative d’assassinat contre son fils Muhammad, qui a reçu une balle dans la poitrine, près du cœur, quelques semaines après sa libération des prisons d’occupation où il avait passé deux ans. Sa philosophie de vie : « si on va me faire payer parce que je suis palestinienne et non parce que j’ai commis un crime, je refuse de mourir en silence ».

Cette année, aux côtés de militant.e.s féministes du monde entier, nous serons à la CSW68 à New York. Nous serons là pour contester les discours capitalistes et néolibéraux et les fausses solutions autour de la pauvreté, du développement et de la finance. À travers des événements en présentiel, des lives sur nos réseaux sociaux, un stand d'exposition et bien plus encore, nous visons à nous rassembler, amplifier et soutenir les voix et la participation de nos membres et allié.e.s.

Voyager à Bangkok

• Des audiences interactives informelles avec le secteur privé et avec la société civile se sont respectivement tenues les 8 et 9 avril 2015, au siège  de l’ONU à New York.
• Les organisations de défense des droits des femmes et d’autres OSC ont souligné la faiblesse de la participation des États membres aux audiences des OSC. Le Groupe de coordination des OSC d’Addis Abeba a donc adressé à ce sujet une lettre aux co-facilitateurs (en anglais).
• La seconde session de rédaction du document final d’Addis Abeba s’est tenue du 13 au 17 avril 2015, au siège de l’ONU. Les discussions se sont appuyées sur la version zéro (en anglais).
• Le WWG sur le FdD a présenté aux États membres ses recommandations sur les différents thèmes du FdD (document en anglais) lors de différentes sessions officielles et manifestations parallèles. Les femmes ont exprimé leurs inquiétudes dans différents domaines clés. Elles ont notamment déploré le fait que la version zéro ne souligne qu’insuffisamment les conséquences négatives graves des crises financières, provoquées par l’instabilité des systèmes financiers internationaux, sur le développement, l’égalité et les droits humains, et en particulier sur les droits humains des femmes.

Development financing has specific threats and opportunities for women's and all people’s human rights. Transformative development financing and policies can make an important contribution to the systemic changes that are needed to ensure the respect, protection and fulfillment of women’s human rights.

2015 is an important year for the FfD process. The Third International Conference on FfD took place from 13-16 July 2015 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and governments are finalising the post-2015 development agenda including agreements on how the new Sustainable Development Goals will be financed. 

The current stage of the FfD process is an important opportunity to establish a financing framework that will ensure effective financing for the implementation of the post 2015 agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is also an opportunity to address the structural conditions, and systemic changes needed, for the full implementation of other agendas and commitments such as Human Rights Conventions, and the Beijing Platform for Action.

Over the last 13 years, women’s rights and feminist organizations have actively engaged in the FfD process.
